All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

This includes:

• Custom items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can review and provide a replacement if approved.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
